We do our best to make sure your flowers are delivered to the recipient in a timely manner. Please provide as much information as you can. A home or office number, cell phone number, and a correct address with apartment numbers or suite numbers. Please don’t put your cell phone number as the recipient, as it will cause a delay. All business orders are delivered between 9 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday and are routed according to zip code. Saturday deliveries are between 10 am-2 pm. Please allow 24-hour notice for all morning deliveries/pickup. If your order needs to be delivered within a specific time frame please select RUSH delivery at checkout.
Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS if we were given the wrong address, the recipient is not home or in the office that day or they do not answer the phone. The driver will wait for 15 minutes but cannot wait longer if they have another delivery to get to. There will be additional fees if:
- The flowers need to be re-delivered because they are not in that day or away on vacation.
- The address is incorrect and they have to be delivered to a different address.
- The recipient is not answering the phone and the receptionist or messenger center won’t sign for the flowers.
- There is more than one order going to the same address.

The 1 doz pink and red roses are stunning according to the recipient, my daughter to whom we sent these to her for the occasion of a milestone birthday. She was out of town and received a call from this wonderful florist and my daughter was able to have a neighbor accept the flowers. This was so helpful. I love working with Polk Street Florist ! The flowers are always beautiful and the delivery service is excellent. They go above and beyond ! I highly recommend The Polk Street Florist.

Polk Street Florist made my wife's day and probably entire holiday season delivering a bouquet of huge, beautiful two dozen long-stem roses in a gorgeous crystal vase. And unlike previous online ordering experiences what she received far outshone my expectations and truly made her day. So much so that they've now become our new go-to neighborhood florist!
