We only accept delivery orders and pick up on Thursday, May 9th-Sunday, May 12th through the website. We are not accepting orders via phone. These products listed in the 'Mother's Day' category are the only products we offer for the holiday weekend. So even if its a birthday or sympathy order for these dates please go under the "occasions" category at the top of the webpage and select "Mothers Day" for our offerings.

Deliveries in the city are extremely difficult. Please do not list your phone number as the recipients unless you plan to be on site for delivery. Thank you.

We do our best to make sure your flowers are delivered to the recipient in a timely manner. Please provide as much information as you can. A home or office number, cell phone number, and a correct address with apartment numbers or suite numbers. Please don’t put your cell phone number as the recipient, as it will cause a delay. All business orders are delivered between 9 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday and are routed according to zip code. Saturday deliveries are between 10 am-2 pm. Please allow 24-hour notice for all morning deliveries/pickup. If your order needs to be delivered within a specific time frame please select RUSH delivery at checkout.
Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS if we were given the wrong address, the recipient is not home or in the office that day or they do not answer the phone. The driver will wait for 15 minutes but cannot wait longer if they have another delivery to get to. There will be additional fees if:
- The flowers need to be re-delivered because they are not in that day or away on vacation.
- The address is incorrect and they have to be delivered to a different address.
- The recipient is not answering the phone and the receptionist or messenger center won’t sign for the flowers.
- There is more than one order going to the same address.

Absolutely stunning arrangement! Could not have been more pleased. The arrangement was for my daughters birthday and Polk Street Florist outdid themselves again. My daughter said she had never seen a larger orchid. Thanks again for making her day all the more special! Rhonda
