1. General Use
Digital gift cards may be used for purchases online through our website or in-store at our physical location. Physical gift cards are valid for in-store use only and cannot be redeemed online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, except as required by law.
2. Expiration and Fees
Gift cards do not expire and are free from maintenance, activation, or service fees. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy with prior notice, as required by law.
3. Redemption
Digital gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the gift card ID at checkout, or in-store by presenting either the gift card ID or the barcode from the email to a store attendant. Physical gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase in-store only. Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the card for future use.
4. Delivery
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient immediately after purchase. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for undelivered or misdirected cards due to incorrect information.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards—digital or physical. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use will not be refunded or replaced.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Any refunds or returns for purchases made with a gift card will be subject to the return policy of the store where the purchase was made.
7. Balance and Transaction History
You can check the balance and transaction history of your gift card by calling the store directly. A store representative will assist you with any questions related to your card.
8. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to deactivate, reject, or cancel any gift card—digital or physical—if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken where applicable.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all current and future gift card use.
10. Customer Support
For questions or assistance with your gift card, please contact our Customer Support team or call the store directly.
We do our best to make sure your flowers are delivered to the recipient in a timely manner. Please provide as much information as you can. A home or office number, cell phone number, and a correct address with apartment numbers or suite numbers. Please don’t put your cell phone number as the recipient, as it will cause a delay. All business orders are delivered between 9 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday and are routed according to zip code. Saturday deliveries are between 10 am-2 pm. Please allow 24-hour notice for all morning deliveries/pickup. If your order needs to be delivered within a specific time frame please select RUSH delivery at checkout.
Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS if we were given the wrong address, the recipient is not home or in the office that day or they do not answer the phone. The driver will wait for 15 minutes but cannot wait longer if they have another delivery to get to. There will be additional fees if:
- The flowers need to be re-delivered because they are not in that day or away on vacation.
- The address is incorrect and they have to be delivered to a different address.
- The recipient is not answering the phone and the receptionist or messenger center won’t sign for the flowers.
- There is more than one order going to the same address.
