We do our best to make sure your flowers are delivered to the recipient in a timely manner. Please provide as much information as you can. A home or office number, cell phone number, and a correct address with apartment numbers or suite numbers. Please don’t put your cell phone number as the recipient, as it will cause a delay. All business orders are delivered between 9 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday and are routed according to zip code. Saturday deliveries are between 10 am-2 pm. Please allow 24-hour notice for all morning deliveries/pickup. If your order needs to be delivered within a specific time frame please select RUSH delivery at checkout.
Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS if we were given the wrong address, the recipient is not home or in the office that day or they do not answer the phone. The driver will wait for 15 minutes but cannot wait longer if they have another delivery to get to. There will be additional fees if:
- The flowers need to be re-delivered because they are not in that day or away on vacation.
- The address is incorrect and they have to be delivered to a different address.
- The recipient is not answering the phone and the receptionist or messenger center won’t sign for the flowers.
- There is more than one order going to the same address.

There isn't a more beautiful and tangible way to say "THANK YOU" than to send a floral arrangement from Polk Street Florist. Vanessa, Freddie (and Loreen) make sure create something vibrant and original, and to safely deliver this to the recipient. Everything I've ever given from Polk Street Florists, has been met with instant delight, BIG smiles all around. This neighborhood florist shop is a gem. It's not just the flowers that are special--so are the staff, who listen and who treat you like a VIP.

This bouquet and arrangement are gorgeous. The freshness as with another bouquet featuring autumn does not last past a day. I probably should have kept it in the dark hallway the day I got it. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much — I’m so glad you loved the bouquet!

This is my second time using Polk Street Florist and once again they were excellent! They reply to email/inquiries in a timely manner, are able to accommodate last minute orders, and always create seasonal, beautiful arrangements. I live out of the area and rely on a local shop like Polk Street to deliver gorgeous bouquets to loved ones in San Francisco. I highly recommend!
