We do our best to make sure your flowers are delivered to the recipient in a timely manner. Please provide as much information as you can. A home or office number, cell phone number, and a correct address with apartment numbers or suite numbers. Please don’t put your cell phone number as the recipient, as it will cause a delay. All business orders are delivered between 9 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday and are routed according to zip code. Saturday deliveries are between 10 am-2 pm. Please allow 24-hour notice for all morning deliveries/pickup. If your order needs to be delivered within a specific time frame please select RUSH delivery at checkout.
Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS if we were given the wrong address, the recipient is not home or in the office that day or they do not answer the phone. The driver will wait for 15 minutes but cannot wait longer if they have another delivery to get to. There will be additional fees if:
- The flowers need to be re-delivered because they are not in that day or away on vacation.
- The address is incorrect and they have to be delivered to a different address.
- The recipient is not answering the phone and the receptionist or messenger center won’t sign for the flowers.
- There is more than one order going to the same address.

This is my second time using Polk Street Florist and once again they were excellent! They reply to email/inquiries in a timely manner, are able to accommodate last minute orders, and always create seasonal, beautiful arrangements. I live out of the area and rely on a local shop like Polk Street to deliver gorgeous bouquets to loved ones in San Francisco. I highly recommend!

This florist always does a great job which is why I have placed my last three orders with them for my daughter-in-law. The arrangement for her anniversary was beautiful. My daughter-in-law loved The Birds Of Paradise and other tropical flowers used that matched some of the flowers she used for her wedding. My only regret was some of the Fall Colors shown on the website were substituted for more white flowers. Perhaps if I had spoken to someone like I did in the past this may not have happen. My fault I ordered on line because it was on the weekend and they were close. They were still beautiful just not all the Fall Colors!

The florist did an excellent job, the arrangement was loved by my daughter-in-law! The arrangement was exactly like it was on their website! They were delivered on time as well! I have found a florist I’m very happy with for future orders.
