Because flowers are a product of nature and availability changes daily and seasonally, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.
We will always do our best to maintain the overall style, color palette, value, and feel of the arrangement pictured. Individual flower varieties, colors, or containers may vary depending on availability.
If a specific flower or container is unavailable, our designers will select a substitution of equal or greater value that complements the design. Please note that natural variations in color, size, and shape are part of the beauty of fresh flowers.
If there is a flower or color that absolutely must—or must not—be included, please let us know in the Special Instructions when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.
We do our best to deliver your flowers in a timely manner. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, apartment or suite number, recipient cell phone number, and any other information that will help us complete the delivery.
Standard Delivery: Business deliveries are generally made between 9 AM–5 PM Monday through Friday. Saturday deliveries are generally made between 10 AM–3PM. Standard delivery does not guarantee a specific delivery time.
Timed Delivery: If your order must arrive within a specific one-hour window, please select Timed Delivery at checkout. Timed deliveries require advance notice and are subject to availability.
Rush Delivery: Need it sooner? Rush Delivery may be selected at checkout when available. Rush service moves your order to the top of our delivery queue but does not guarantee an exact delivery time.
Recipient Availability: Please make sure the recipient will be available to receive the flowers. Our driver may call or text the recipient to coordinate delivery. Drivers can wait up to 15 minutes at a delivery location.
Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery: Additional delivery fees may apply if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the recipient is unavailable or cannot be reached, the order must be delivered to a different address, or a second delivery attempt is required.
Schools & Businesses: Please provide the business or school name and any applicable department, suite, floor, or room information. School deliveries should be scheduled early enough to arrive before dismissal.
Because flowers and plants are perishable products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns.

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect or incomplete delivery information, recipient unavailability, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or circumstances outside of our control.
