We do our best to make sure your flowers are delivered to the recipient in a timely manner. Please provide as much information as you can. A home or office number, cell phone number, and a correct address with apartment numbers or suite numbers. Please don’t put your cell phone number as the recipient, as it will cause a delay. All business orders are delivered between 9 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday and are routed according to zip code. Saturday deliveries are between 10 am-2 pm. Please allow 24-hour notice for all morning deliveries/pickup. If your order needs to be delivered within a specific time frame please select RUSH delivery at checkout.
Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS if we were given the wrong address, the recipient is not home or in the office that day or they do not answer the phone. The driver will wait for 15 minutes but cannot wait longer if they have another delivery to get to. There will be additional fees if:
- The flowers need to be re-delivered because they are not in that day or away on vacation.
- The address is incorrect and they have to be delivered to a different address.
- The recipient is not answering the phone and the receptionist or messenger center won’t sign for the flowers.
- There is more than one order going to the same address.

Polk street florist did an incredible job with these flowers, I am so impressed! I ordered next day delivery of pastel whimsy (+bobs donuts) at like 11pm on Tuesday, and they were delivered by 1pm the next day. Aside from the incredible service, the flowers looked amazing.

The flowers I ordered on line the day before I wanted them delivered looked exactly like the photo on line. I am super impressed with Polk Street Florist! They followed the delivery into perfectly (they used the code I gave them to get through our complex’s locked gate. I would use them any time I need to send flowers.

I had a wonderful experience with Polk Street Florist. The website was very easy to navigate, there were many choices of arrangements, reasonably priced, and the arrangement was delivered the same day without an outrageous additional cost! I was kept informed every step of the delivery process. The arrangement was as beautiful as the photo, fragrant and fresh. Polk Street Florist will be my "go to" florist in San Francisco. Great service and beautiful flowers at a very reasonable price. Thank you for making the recipient's day really special!
