We do our best to make sure your flowers are delivered to the recipient in a timely manner. Please provide as much information as you can. A home or office number, cell phone number, and a correct address with apartment numbers or suite numbers. Please don’t put your cell phone number as the recipient, as it will cause a delay. All business orders are delivered between 9 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday and are routed according to zip code. Saturday deliveries are between 10 am-2 pm. Please allow 24-hour notice for all morning deliveries/pickup. If your order needs to be delivered within a specific time frame please select RUSH delivery at checkout.
Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS if we were given the wrong address, the recipient is not home or in the office that day or they do not answer the phone. The driver will wait for 15 minutes but cannot wait longer if they have another delivery to get to. There will be additional fees if:
- The flowers need to be re-delivered because they are not in that day or away on vacation.
- The address is incorrect and they have to be delivered to a different address.
- The recipient is not answering the phone and the receptionist or messenger center won’t sign for the flowers.
- There is more than one order going to the same address.

The Painted Ladies bouquet was a gift to someone who was delighted to receive this. She loved the combination of colors and the roses with the orchids. A bouquet from Vanessa at Polk Street Florist, tells someone that they are special and very much appreciated! THANK YOU.

I found Polk Street Florist because I wanted to send a friend who lives in San Francisco a posy made up by a local florist. She is an artist so "The Painted Ladies" appealed to me. On receiving the bouquet on her birthday, she was delighted with the arrangement of bright coloured flowers in beautiful condition and just sent a message saying "Wow!" I was so happy to have found something which so much pleased the recipient. Thank you Polk Street Flowers.
