I stumbled across Polk Street Florist one day while taking a walk in my daughter's new neighborhood. I popped in and immediately loved what I saw, and the people were friendly. I ordered my first arrangement of flowers, and now 3+ years later order flowers for both my daughters from Polk Street Florist. I simply call (I'm an old guy, so I don't order on-line), speak to whomever is working that day and give the designer right to create based on the best flowers of the day.
