We do our best to make sure your flowers are delivered to the recipient in a timely manner. Please provide as much information as you can. A home or office number, cell phone number, and a correct address with apartment numbers or suite numbers. Please don’t put your cell phone number as the recipient, as it will cause a delay. All business orders are delivered between 9 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday and are routed according to zip code. Saturday deliveries are between 10 am-2 pm. Please allow 24-hour notice for all morning deliveries/pickup. If your order needs to be delivered within a specific time frame please select RUSH delivery at checkout.
Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS if we were given the wrong address, the recipient is not home or in the office that day or they do not answer the phone. The driver will wait for 15 minutes but cannot wait longer if they have another delivery to get to. There will be additional fees if:
- The flowers need to be re-delivered because they are not in that day or away on vacation.
- The address is incorrect and they have to be delivered to a different address.
- The recipient is not answering the phone and the receptionist or messenger center won’t sign for the flowers.
- There is more than one order going to the same address.

I highly recommend Polk St I could not be happier with every aspect of my purchase. I live in MA so was nervous about how the quality and service I would receive. My fears were needless the arrangement exceeded my expectations in quality, size, and beauty. The customer service when I called to correct an error I had made was exemplary the woman who answered was extremely friendly and helpful. My Uncle called me half an hour after I hung up with her to tell me he had just been delivered the most exquisite orchid and succulent arrangement. So he was as pleased as me.

Would have given 5 stars if the orchid was identical to the picture. No pine cone or the red berries on the side like the picture!
